O.ME.GI. Srl Precision mechanics was founded in Chieti in 1983 by Giannini Gabriele, as O.ME.GI. Snc.

Since the beginning, O.ME.GI. has specialised in the field of turning and integrative machining, and over the years its range of machines has been expanded to meet its customers' needs, who have shown an increasing interest in receiving finished products.

The company is therefore equipped with high-technology machinery, which represents a major asset.

SERVICES

O.ME.GI.'s high-level production system is recognised for its quality construction and the manufacture of pieces with increasingly narrow tolerances, giving the company the opportunity to work with major Italian and international groups.

O.ME.GI. guarantees high levels of quality and reliability, from the analysis of technical drawings to the final delivery of the product.
The company's 30 years of experience has allowed them to expand into several different areas, such as automation, machine tools, etc.


•    We are able to produce welded, standardised and machined structures (MEDIUM-LARGE).
•    We can also create mechanical fittings of any level of complexity, whether large or small.
•    Furthermore, we work alongside our customers in the design and construction of mechanical equipment and machinery, offering support and assistance during the production start up phase.


The welders are certified and up-to-date with the welding procedure specifications (WPS-PQR), and welding is carried out with non-destructive testing (NDT). If required, we also carry out magnetic particle (MT) or ultrasonic testing (UT).
